Detailed PlanningLaajuus (5 ECTS)

Objective

The student will know the procedure of town planning and legislation, as well as the commonly used symbols in a plan. He or she will understand planning as part of building a sustainable environment and that there is a need for a land policy. The student will be able to formulate a participation and assessment procedure and draw a computer-aided town plan. He or she will be familiar with participatory planning procedures. He or she can formulate 3-D conceptual drawings.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Is able to draw up a computer-aided local detailed plan.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Is able to give reasons for planning decisions.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Is able to evaluate the effects of the local detailed plan.
