On completion of the course the student will be able to estimate the quality of adjustments. He or she will be able to use common and sophisticated adjustment programs in an acceptable way.

Planning, simulation, calculation, adjustment, documenting and quality control of geodetic ground control networks. Residuals' least squares principle.
The characteristics, estimation and analysis of adjustments.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student can calculate and adjust ground control networks using a ready commercial software. The student knows the most important quality control outcomes.
