Objective
The course aims to give an understanding of the impact of industrial services on manufacturing companies and of how industrial services influence companies' business development. The student knows how services can enable business development of companies and what impact this has on competitive advantage. The student understands the new opportunities for value co-creation and changing relationships between companies as a result of increased service content.
