Objective

Student knows the basics of physical quantities and is able to do conversions between the units. He or she can interpret and create graphical presentations. A student knows the basic laws of kinematics and dynamics and is able to apply them in simple practical situations.

Content

Physical quantities, units and unit conversions. Motion in one and two dimensions, circular motion. Dynamics of motion: force, linear momentum, energy, work and power.
