Objective
A student knows the basic consepts of electrostatic and is able to use this knowledge in electrical engineering applications.
A student knows the basic laws of magnetic interactions and especially the significance of electromagnetic induction in technique. A student also knows the basic mechanisms of vibrations and can apply this knowledge in mechanical engineering.
Content
Basic consepts in electroststics: Coulomb’s law, electric field, potential, voltage and capasitors. Magnetic force and field. Electromagnetic induction. Mechanical vibrations and waves.

Electric field of continuous charge distributions. Magnetic properties of the matter. RL circuits.
