Objective

On completion of the course the student will understand basic properties of the fuels and the lubricants. The student knows different manufacturing processes of the fuels and the lubricants.

Gasoline and its properties. Diesel fuel and its properties. Alternative fuels. Mineral oils. Synthetic oils. Power train oils. Lubricant greases.
