Objective

The students will understand the mean of judicial control over company activities and its effects in society. The students will learn legislation of partnership, limited liability company, cooperative and housing corporation. The students are able to solve regulation in ordinary situations.

The students will be able to acquire judicial information from different sources and compile documents, company forms, charters and reports.
