Objective

After concluding the course the student will be able to
• list the elements of both internal and external organizational communication
• describe how well planned and implemented organizational communication is a key element for organization
• use communication in management and leadership
• comprehend that communication is related to motivating and initiating employees
• participate in different communicational tasks
• communicate within organization using both written and oral communication.

Content

Aspects of organizational communication:
- Internal and external communication
- Communication’s interest groups
- Strategic, operative and tactic level of communication
- Planning of, assessing and developing organizational communication
- Means of communication, for example press release, press conference, meetings, electronic communication.
