Objective

After completion of this course students will understand fully the meaning of well-being to work community and to their personal life. The student will understand the meaningful role of leadership in well-being of employees.

The students will learn to evaluate well-being from several standpoints. They will make development plans of well-being to the work community and to themselves personally.

Content

The student will identify the different sections of well-being and understand the importance and the role of it as a part of profitable business operations.

The students will recognise how to evaluate well-being and apply the basic tools. The students will also familiarize themselves with the research information of well-being.
