Objective

The course aims to establish the following learning outcomes:
to understand HR in business environments specifically the impact of globalization to create strategic mindset and to understand how to manage and organize people in multicultural contexts providing an understanding to the challenges in international human resources.

Content

The content of the course consists of the framework of human resource management in multinational and global companies.
The themes are globalization, international human resource practices, talent management, recruitment and selection, international compensation and benefits and corporate social responsibility.
