Osaamistavoitteet

The course aims to establish the following learning:
• to understand HR in business environments, especially the impact of globalization
• to create a strategic mindset and to understand HR in internationalization process
• to understand how to manage and organize people in multicultural contexts.

The students are able to understand the challenges in international human resources.

Sisältö

The content of the course consists of the framework of human resources management in multinational and global companies. The themes are globalization and international management, international human resource practices, knowledge management, recruitment and selection, international compensation and benefits, corporate social responsibility and employment relations.
