Objective
Upon completion, the students will master the basics of technical drawing. The students will know the differences between 3D modeling and surface modeling. The students will learn the basics of 3D modeling and their use as well as utilising the special features and using surface modeling and 3D modeling with respect to productive starting points.
Content
- Illustration methods for tecnical drawing, scales, carving, and dimensioning
- Basics of feature driven 3D modeling
- Applying appropriate modeling methods and modeling softwares, their interfunctions in different purposes of use
- Requirements for data transfer between different CAD systems
