Objective

On completion of the course the student:
- will be able to play/ sing agreed repertoir 
- will be able to work in a small band

Content

- the students will profound themselves with styles and aesthetics of given repertoir
- the final concert and / or studio recording
- practical information on working life
- networking with the regional music scene if possible

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

A student:
• has participated in teaching
• has accomplished agreed assignments
• is able to work independently
- has adopted repertoire well and has ability to play or sing tunes by memory if needed
- takes into account in performance musical and other things, stage and audience
• knows how to use certain characteristics to express a selected repertoire
• is capable of performing and communicating with an audience and a small band
• understands their role in a band and is able to communicate their musical vision
- understands selected repertoire's aesthetics and musical style
