Fundamentals of Sound ExpressionLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The students become aware of both the history and the present practices of sound reproduction and recording. The audio technological basic concepts
and equipment are learned and monophonic recording tasks are carried out as team work. The students will improve their skills in subjective assessment of the sound and use hearing as a tool in quality control.
