Objective

Upon completion the student knows how to document his/her own professional development and analyse it both writing, visually and orally. The student is able to evaluate his/her own expertise in relation to challenges met in work life. The student is familiar with different approaches to portfolio and is able to evaluate requirements and demands for different portfolios.The student is able to produce a high-quality learning/professional portfolio, which appropriately meets the criteria and is submitted both visually and orally.The student also understands the meaning of self-evaluation when producing a portfolio and developing a professional identity and is able to use portfolio actively as a development method for his/her expertise and identity.

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
