Objective
The student explores different parts of marketing and understands the importance of customer-oriented marketing for a successful business.
The student knows how to design and write a marketing plan as well as analyse an operating business from the marketing point of view.
Content
Basics of marketing: product, price, availability and communication decisions, marketing operating environment, marketing planning, competitive advantage, purchase behaviour. Customer management: relationship marketing, stages in customer relationship, regular customer.
