CAD I for Textile DesignersLaajuus (4 ECTS)

Objective

After the course the student will understand the differences between a special textile programme and a general programme. The student will be able to design a textile collection by using a special textile programme. The student will be able to convert sketches into electronic format and transform them into a pattern collection by digital means. The student will know how to use different tools of the special textile programme to speed up the design work. This course is linked to Textile print I where the actual textile collection will be created.
