Objective

Students become familiar with different ways of producing welfare services, community economics and social entrepreneurship. Students know employment legislation guiding the employer and the employee. Students deepen their knowledge of success factors, innovative marketing, communication, societal responsibility, internal entrepreneurship and client-centredness of different organisations.

The challenges of operating environments when producing welfare services, societal responsibility, community economics and social entrepreneurship. Central employment legislation. Profitable entrepreneurship, communication, marketing and networks. Changing customership and the quality and efficiency of entrepreneurship.
