Social Integration and ExclusionLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The student familiarises with multicultural settings and challenges connected to them from the perspective of emergency care nursing. S/he develops competence in recognising clients' social needs and in guiding them to use support services in an appropriate way. Special emphasis is placed on the student's own attitude towards socially excluded clients.
