Objective

The objective is that students become competent in assessing health care needs of patients of different ages; maintaining the stability of basic vital signs; establishing working diagnosis; treating patients according to findings; and in evaluating care. In addition, students develop their competence in decision-making and evaluation of the outcome of treatment as well as oral and written reporting in emergency care nursing.
