Work Placement in Radiography IILaajuus (15 ECTS)

Objective

The student will be able to develop his/her professional expertise in radiography in both primary health care and specialised medical care. In the second and third placement period, the student will advance to examinations used in specialised health care with different types of patient. These examinations include computer tomography and mammography examinations and magnetic examinations and procedures. The student will become more accustomed to multidisciplinary co-operation. Part of the training is done at the polytechnic. The placement proceeds term by term from I to VII.
