Objective

The student will be able to assess the need for patient care, to work aseptically and to understand the importance of ergonomics as part of work safety.
The student will learn how to treat the patient and also to take the patient's relatives into consideration, and to use treatments that promote the customer's health and resources.

Content

Hospital hygiene, aseptic working, health and work safety, microbiology, ergonomics, guiding and teaching the customer, multidisciplinary co-operation, nursing process, and nursing documentation.
