Basics of Health Care SciencesLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The student will learn to appreciate the difference between the theory and practice of patient care, and begin to acquire more information and regard patient care as a planning and decision-making process. The student will understand key health care science concepts, study previous research and learn to analyse and assess nursing science findings. The student will learn to see nursing science and radiography science as components of health care sciences, and will learn about specific areas of these.
