Objective

The aim is to promote administrative competence, which includes knowledge of the operations of laboratory organisations in health care and of control and evaluation of operations. An essential aspect in terms of forming an overview of the operations of laboratory organisations is to understand the significance of human resources and competence management, the quality, cost-effectiveness and efficiency of activities, multidisciplinary co-operation and client-focused activity.
