Objective

The studies in this unit lead to an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership and management theories of nursing, as well as to increased readiness to coordinate, organize and improve quality in nursing. In addition, studies lead to further development of multidisciplinary team working competence, as well as to being able to contribute through one's personal expertise.
