Advanced Clinical Practice 2Laajuus (10 ECTS)

Objective

Students work independently and responsibly in tasks requiring a nurse’s expertise. They evaluate and develop their nursing expertise in a clinical practice environment corresponding to their career plan. Students evaluate their self-management and work life skills as well as take responsibility for their actions as part of the leadership culture of the work community. Students act in multiple expert roles in the work community to apply their acquired competence. Students identify special features and development needs of their clinical practice placement. In clinical practices of leadership and interaction competence, students can develop their clinical expert competence and develop their professional, work community, self-development and development competence.
