After completing the course students will be able to:

- explain the construction phases of renovation of sewer, fresh water and heating pipes and bathrooms
- explain the construction phases of surface structures
- draw up a work plan to repair of building
- draw up the risk mapping of occupational safety and environmental safety for repair works

Content

Conventional repair work methods, equipment and work arrangements:
- demolition of facade, roof and balcony repairs
- repair of foundation structures
- sewer, fresh water and heating pipes
- bathroom repair
- repair of room surfaces
Construction site plans and logistics
Resident and guest arrangements
Scheduling, job design and work organization
Environmental and safety issues
