Objective

On completion of the course the student will be familiar with the various authorities and public rules, regulations and instructions that have an effect on the quality of construction.

The student will be able to implement
- legislation on land use and construction
- rules and instructions in building regulations
- fire safety instructions from fire and rescue services
- instructions from municipal building supervision authority
