Objective

The student will understand the importance of the systems for occupational safety and environment. Furthermore, the student will be familiar with the legislation on and concepts of occupational safety and employment. The student will also be familiar with the tasks and responsibilities of all parties.

Content

Legislation on occupational safety and its objectives, responsibilities concerning occupational safety of the various parties of construction, practical measures to ensure occupational safety on the construction site.

The student is able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills according to instructions.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills independently.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to give reasons for his or her choices related to the course contents in a comprehensive manner.
