Basics of Project ManagementLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

On completion of the course the student will be able to describe the principles of project work and the sectors of project management, as well as the principles of goal setting and problem-solving, and to describe the significance of project work in construction. The student will be able to describe the principles of project planning and management. The student will know the goals, instructions and assessment criteria of the project course. The student will be able to draw up a project plan.
