Objective

After completing the course the student has an understanding of the methods and goals of production design, management, and supervision principles in the industry and especially on the requirements of the demands in the graphic arts industry and the methods applied there.

After completing the course the student has capabilities of planning the machine and production lines in graphic arts and to evaluate the requirements placed by the processes to production lines and building construction.

The student can interpret the processes of the graphic arts industry and can develop and apply a work order.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can understand the meaning and application of different factory layouts in industrial production.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can define the required processes and measures in industrial production and is able to benchmark different areas and can apply the found information into practice.
