Objective

After completion of this course the student understands basics of the environmental chemistry and ecotoxicology and she or he is able to pay attention to the environmental impacts of industry and human action.

Content

The atmosphere, the terrestrial environment, the hydrosphere, chemical pollution in the ecosystems, energy and material flows, waste and recycling, sustainable use of natural resources, toxicology and ecotoxicology.
