Objective

The student will know how to use microprocessor based development environment. The student will understand the differences of microcontroller and microprocessor in embedded systems.After completion of this course the student will be able to control a peripheral device with a microprocessor based development environment. The student will be able to write C-language program for a microprocessor.

More features of development environments and development tools for microcontroller based embedded systems, development environment and development tools for microprocessor based embedded system, C-programming in embedded systems, simulation in testing, more peripheral devices of microcontrollers and features of the microcontroller (watchdog timer, timer/counter, PWM, analog comparator).Use of microprocessor bus, complex peripheral devices (USB).
