Objective
The student is familiar the significance of a business plan in starting a new business as well as different content requirements for different purposes. The student understands the role of technical sales and the interrelationships between marketing, sales and production. The nature of international business as well as challenges and opportunities typical to internationalization processes are known. The student is familiar with the elements and practices of technical value sales management and customer relationship management. The student's abilities in business planning and management are increased.

• International Business Environment (including Business Ethics)
