Objective

The student will understand methods and theory of process and business performance development. He/She is able to participate to development projects. The student understands and is able to use economics calculation methods to support process and business development. He/she is able to design process diagrams and descriptions with general tools and understands role of motivation and compensations in part of the performance development.

The student understands the principles of process development. He/she is able to define processes and to analyze them and give new ideas. He/she able to manage satisfactory the given economics calculation assignments.

The student understands how organizational processes are developed and is able to define them well. He/she is able to utilize process development methods, can analyze and plan new solutions. The student is an active team member in the project work. He/she able to manage praiseworthy the given economics calculation assignments.
