Objective

Student understands entrepreneur’s main task and duties and is able to create a strategies, business plans and processes to existing business environment. Student understands meanings and principles of strategic financial management, so he/she is able to take the financial perspective into account in every level of the organizational decision making.

Principles of Entrepreneurship: business plan, mission, vision and values, strategic management, strategic planning, best practices and process development, change management, accountability, target setting and follow-up, communication, financial management and methods.
