Objective

The main focus of this course is to configure or support Windows workstations, devices, users and associated network and security resources. The networks are configured as a domain-based or peer-to-peer environment with access to the Internet and cloud services.

Qualifications

This course is intended for students already experienced in general Windows Client administration.

After completing this course, students understands:

- Manage data storage
- How to Maintain Windows Clients and Devices
- How to troubleshoot Windows workstation environment
- How to perform backup and restore
- Basics of virtualization

In addition, students will be able to:
- Create OS installation solutions
- Create Applications installation solutions
- Manage data storage and security
- Manage hardware, printers and mobile devices
- Use Hyper-V virtualization environment
- Monitor domain-based or peer-to-peer environment
- Design a recovery solution

In addition, students will be able to:
- Create advanced OS installation solutions
