Objective

This certification exam measures the student's ability to understand and articulate how to use and implement the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Applications modules effectively, and to use the terms applied in the application to adequately convey solutions to other users. Prepares for MB2-632: CRM 4.0 Applications certification

- the student understands Planning and is able to create Marketing Campaigns;

Service Management
- the student is able to manage contracts, cases, knowledge base and service queues;

Service Scheduling
- the student understands what service scheduling is and is able to do service scheduling with CRM
