Objective

The student learns the terminology used in implementing user interfaces and is able to implement interfaces in environments which use windowing. The student can use the features of a modern software development tool.

Content

A good user interface. Different types of user interfaces. Windows programming. Windows API. Software frameworks: MFC and VCL. Componet based programming. The elements of a user interface. Typical difficulties in implementing user interfaces. MVC (Model, View, Control) architecture.
