Objective
Marketing: Understand the major principles and concepts of marketing (B-2-B and B-2-C). The focus is on the business- to business marketing. Leadership: Understand the basic principles and concepts of leadership. Understand the essence of personal commitment- how to communicate and lead the teams. Personal leadership assessment and development plan. Understand the employment legislation.
Content
A holistic view of marketing principles: A holistic view of leadership themes and topics include employment legistlation (employee contracts, working hours, vacatiuons, industrial safety and remuration. Issues are dealt in both in Finnish and international contexts.
Qualifications
Understanding of the basics of Industrial Management ( yritystalous course).
