Objective

This course gives a student abilities to manage and maintain work station operating system. This includes introduction to basic maintaining tools and applications

Content

Prepares the student to implement Windows XP Professional, including automated and remote installations, configure the desktop environment, install and support hardware devices and drivers, administe resources, configure and troubleshoot network protocols and services, optimize memory, processor, and application performance, manage security and back up and restore files and system state data.
