Objective
On completion of the course the student will
- be familiar with the operations and central concepts of infrastructure construction
- be able to interpret the most common plans of traffic routes
- be familiar with the infrastructure tasks related to building construction
Content
The student will learn the phases of infrastructure construction, and will acquire a general understanding of the tasks of environmental construction. In addition, the sectors of environmental construction in building construction projects are studied as a special topic.
The sectors and concepts of environmental construction. The process of an infrastructure project and the tasks of different players in the project. The basics of environmental protection and life cycle technology in construction. Traffic routes. Water supply and sewerage, hydraulic engineering. Waste management and environmental hygiene. Noise and vibration. The soil and foundation structures of the garden areas of buildings, equipment and systems.

The student is able to describe the operations and central concepts of infrastructure construction. He or she is able to interpret the most common plans of traffic routes. He or she is able to describe the infrastructure tasks related to building construction.
