On completion of the course the student will be familiar with
- the basics of the different sectors in project management
- creating a project plan and setting goals for a project
- the principles of supervising and controlling a project
- central concepts in project management

Content

Standards in project management, total control of a project, project organization, managing the scope and goals of a project, managing schedule and costs, project risk management.
