- The basic properties of concrete
- Mix design and concrete composition
- The history of concrete and civil engineering applications
- Quality management in concrete construction

- Constituent materials of concrete, laboratory methods for quality control of fresh and hardened concrete
- Mix design and concrete composition
- Quality management and regulations in concrete construction
- Recognition and control of both good and challenging properties of concrete
