1. Basics of labour legislation and court cases.
2. Phases of the recruting process and testing methods.
3. Motivation theories.
4. Commonly applied models in leadership.

1. Student is familiar with core contents regarding contracts of employment act.
2. Student also understands the significance of collective bargaining system.
3. Student can apply performance-related pay methodology.

1. Student is capable of applying the juridical knowledge specified earlier in his/hers work.
2. Student can set relevant requirements for recruiting process and use commercial services available in the field.
