Objective

On completion of the course the student will be familiar with the work of a municipal surveyor in the administration of a Finnish city. The student will know the proceedings of a parceling process in the city area.

Content

The work of a municipal surveyor and a cadastral surveyor as part of a Finnishmunicipal administration; the land data bank system in a city; a city plan and a plot division plan; parceling in the city plan area; servitudes.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to carry out the parceling of a plot starting from a city plan and preparing all the necessary documents.
