Objective

The student will be familiarized with the Land Use and Building Act and its applications. The student will know the process of applying for a building permit. He or she will be able to realize a street area among a town plan, count a gross floor area and define a densely populated area.

The building permit; planning permission for minor construction and the exceptional permit; the realization of town plan; appeal procedure; coercive measures in construction; municipal administration

Is familiar with the main contents of the Land Use and Building Act.

Is able to identify the main problems in building permissions.

Is able to apply legislation in different permission situations.
