The student will be familiarized with the community development and traffic planning and understands how it works. Student understands the meaning of housing, place of work and commercial areas.
The student can find, understand and report all-round urban planning problems

Content

The principles of land use planning, the importance of communicative planning, method of planning for special purpose, community management
Reportage, studying the urban planning terms in English, simulation of urban planning, urban planning economics, community development and traffic planning
