Osaamistavoitteet

After the course students have the basic knowledge of quality- and environmental management systems including the principles of management requirements, auditing and continual improvement. The students understand the importance of laboratory quality and quality documents.
After studies students are able to plan, act and evaluate the operation processes as well the content of quality documents. Students are able to search and deal with information for organization continual improvement purposes.
