Objective
The student knows the fundamental laws of rotation and is able to apply them to central subjects in her/his profession. The student knows the fundamental concepts of electrostatics and electricity and is able to use her/his knowledge in electrotechnical applications. The student knows the fundamental laws of magnetic interaction and is able to apply them to electric technology.
Content
Kinematics and dynamics of rotational motion. Fundamental concepts of electrostatics: Coulomb's law, electric field, potential, voltage, capacitor. Magnetic force and magnetic field. Magnetic properties of matter.
Gauss' law for calculating the electric field.
